Guarantee Details:
1. Under the terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card provider does hold you liable for any of this $50, JWhitecricket.com will cover this entire liability for you, up to the full $50. JWhitecricket.com can only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own, from purchases made at JWhitecricket.com, while using our secure server. Unless otherwise expressly provided in a legal notice, the aggregate liability for the Company to you for all claims arising from the use of the Web site is limited to $50.

2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Simply print your completed order form from JWhitecricket.com and fax it to 516-867-6785. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for fax orders.

Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed below.

Many products ordered from JWhitecricket.com are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

• Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
